Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to That Massage Lady. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a 12 hour notice for cancellations. This allows other clients to book an appointment during this time.
No Shows: If you do not show up to an appointment, or don't call about your appointment. You will no longer be able to book appointments with us.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen, and people get sick. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions. Our scheduling program records these occurances to prevent abuse of this policy.
